Are you looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join our team.Reporting to the Head of Performance & Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory, mandatory, contractual, and corporate obligations across both Hard and Soft FM services.Your role will involve monitoring business unit performance, providing statistical analysis, and preparing reports as needed.Additionally, you will oversee the administration of the integrated management system and CAFM records, while providing support to the helpdesk, estates, and technical services functions.What you’ll doManage data entry and updates in the CAFM system, ensuring work logs are recorded, updated, and completed according to procedures.Identify and rectify anomalies in records promptly.Attach relevant documentation to work logs for proper completion and closure per policies.Report non-conformities to the relevant manager for investigation.Monitor requests and escalate potential breaches of response time targets.Ensure adherence to systems for maintaining service records and compliance.Participate in Sodexo forums, initiatives, and training, and contribute to relevant discussions.Conduct audits, prepare action plans, and submit compliance and performance reports within deadlines.What you’ll bringEssentialArticulate and confident communicator, with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.Strong customer service skills.Proficient in the use of IT systems.Attention to detail, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.Flexible and adaptable approach to working within the changing needs of the business.DesirableExperience of working with CAFM systems, such as Global Maximo.What we offer£26,000 - £27,000 per year + Sodexo benefits.Please see the attached full job description and full list of benefitsAt Sodexo, you’ll be part of a team dedicated todelivering high-quality services in a critical healthcare environment.
