We are currently looking for a Customer Solutions Officer to join our busy team in Tongwynlais, Cardiff.
As a Customer Solutions Officer, you will be at the forefront of our customer service team, resolving queries at the first point of contact through various channels, including telephone, email, Facebook, and Twitter. This dynamic role requires you to multitask efficiently, prioritising work to ensure timely responses. You will also provide essential administrative support to our Housing and Maintenance teams, utilising your initiative to problem solve and make informed decisions as necessary.
Hours of Work: Full Time, 18 Month Temporary with potential to become Permanent
Salary: �24,669 to �25,967 per annum
Customer Solutions Officer Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a social housing context (not essential as full training will be provided)
* A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery
