Apply now!As a Facilities Services Coordinator you'll:The Facilities Services Coordinator ensures the effective and safe operation of workplace environments by coordinating services, supporting customer wellbeing, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills are required, along with strong customer service to maintain high service standards and accurate cost recording.You will be the primary point of contact for third-party contractors, ensuring Health & Safety and environmental practices are followed.The role involves liaising with the Sodexo Management Team and Command Centre to raise work requests, purchase orders, and maintain expenditure records.You will foster excellent customer relationships, maintain performance standards, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and reduce costs.What we're looking for:Strong communication, organizational, and literacy skills are essential for managing tasks efficiently and maintaining professional interactions with stakeholders at all levels.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills ensure high service standards, customer satisfaction, and the ability to identify and implement improvements.Experience managing at scale and performance monitoring is required to balance workloads, oversee multiple tasks, and ensure service consistency.A solid understanding of Health & Safety and legislative requirements, including iOSH certification, is critical for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently, along with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and adaptability, are key to success in this role.Why Sodexo?:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.Belong in a company and team that values you for you.
