What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 6 Inpatient Physiotherapist and play a key role in supporting hospital discharges and improving outcomes for patients during their recovery. In this role, you will:
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments
* Create and implement personalised discharge plans
* Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and valid HCPC registration
* Experience in inpatient physiotherapy and discharge planning
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible full-time locum contract , requiring availability Monday to Friday , with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
