As a Business Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to our management team and clients across various areas, including finance, facilities, marketing, and sales. You'll interact directly with clients and colleagues, both over the phone and in person, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Additionally, you will assist with technical support, contributing to the efficiency of our day-to-day operations. With the possibility of increasing your contracted hours and expanding your responsibilities, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for professional growth.
Hours of Work: Core hours are 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility to hours of work will be considered for the right person and contracted hours may expand over time.
Business Administrator Requirements:
* Team-oriented self-starter with a passion and curiosity for supporting a growing property-based business.
* Systems driven with a proven track record in an office administration role, preferably within the financial services or client services sector.
* Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to handle time-sensitive tasks effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage with clients.
