What is the job role?Coventry Family Hubs deliver services to children and families through the Family Hubs and Start for Life Programme with an aim to help improve health and education outcomes for babies, children and their families. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to become part of a team who will lead the way for others whilst learning and developing your own knowledge and skills. You will take an active role working with partner organisations, local communities, and residents to achieve best outcomes for children and families. You will be responsible for the delivery of interventions and activities for children aged 0 – 19 years. This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Who are we looking for?We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who can are able to build effective relationships with children, young people, families and partners. You will be able to see the life of a child using a ‘whole family approach’ .
