Other skills and experience required include:Demonstrable experience in process improvementAccounting background, including experience in journal entries, reconciliations and maintenance of control accounts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a range of colleagues at varying levelsAnalytically strong with the ability to challenge and interrogate, facilitating the ability to identify anomalies or inconsistencies and pursue these through to a resolutionAble to work independently without constant oversightRelish the challenge of working to tight deadlines and during periods of pressureA genuine “team player” who thrives in a joined up team environment About The CompanyOver the past 70 years we have become the UK's specialist provider of products and services to people aged over 50 in the UK.
