We want to get to know you.If you share our values and are proud of a job well done, collaborative in working well with others and ambitious to make things better, then have a read of what we have on offer.Main ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Quarry Manager, the Quarry Supervisorwill assist in the management of a busy quarry supervising and operating both fixed and mobile Plant equipment.As Quarry Supervisoryou will also be responsible for:Administrative and compliance dutiesUsing computer systems (Fortek, SAP, Excel and similar platforms)Housekeeping tasks and general maintenance assisting the fitting teamAdhering to Health and Safety policies and procedures and encouraging others to do soSupervising a team (Operators, Fitters, Electricians) across the quarryOccasional night shifts and weekend working that will be on a rota basisWork with other Plant Supervisors to ensure the plant is always running to its expected capacity and in line with the manufacturing and production programmeThe Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for the role of Quarry Supervisorwill have previous experience of working within a Quarry, Asphalt plant environment or similar.
