As part of our continued investment in internal development, we’re looking for a Junior eLearning Content Creator to join our Talent and Development team.This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to support the design and development of engaging, digital learning content that enhances colleague capability across the business.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Talent and Development and Digital Systems teams to design and develop engaging digital learning materials, including eLearning modules, training videos, and interactive tutorials.Plan, film, and edit high-quality multimedia content to be used across our internal training and communications platforms.Support the integration of AI tools to enhance learning content and improve user engagement.Ensure all content is aligned with Speedy Hire’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.Work alongside subject matter experts to ensure learning materials are accurate, relevant, and fit for purpose.Stay up to date with digital learning and content creation trends to ensure our offerings remain modern, innovative, and impactful.Support wider internal communications and engagement initiatives by developing compelling and informative multimedia content.Perform additional tasks as required to support the wider Talent and Development team.Skills and Experience:A genuine interest in digital content creation and learning and development.Some understanding of AI tools and their application within digital learning (desirable).Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.A creative mindset and eye for detail, with a passion for producing high-quality, engaging content.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, bringing a proactive and collaborative approach.Willingness to learn new systems and technologies as needed.Desirable but not essential:Familiarity with digital platforms or business systems such as D365.Experience with design and editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).Previous exposure to fast-paced or compliance-led environments.Experience in video content planning, storyboarding, or being on camera.Why Join Speedy Hire?Speedy Hire is the UK’s leading tools and equipment hire company, with a commitment to innovation, development, and creating a positive working environment for all.
