Who are we looking for?The person we are looking for will be organised, an excellent communicator with highly developed IT and inter-personal skills including knowledge in the use of excel and able to learn new databases quickly.  You will need to work accurately, have attention to detail, and be able to work under pressure to meet competing demands.  You will have the opportunity to demonstrate these skills by undertaking a skills assessment if shortlisted for an interview.    It would be great if you have knowledge of the SEND Reforms but is not an essential requirement. You will have a good standard of general education including qualifications in English and mathematics at a minimum level of GCSE grade A-C equivalent.If you need help or support to complete your application, please visit our accessibility page to see how we can assist you. Guaranteed Interview Scheme - As part of our commitment to inclusion, we offer guaranteed interviews for specific groups of people.
