What is the job role?A Change Manager role is required to identify and drive the changes required to achieve the Council's priorities. The emphasis will be to support people through a change process and promote a culture where the customer is at the heart of everything that we do. We know that people are the key to achieving sustained change and so we are looking for someone with a clear focus on people to complement our highly motivated team.Within our team men and people from minority ethnic backgrounds are currently under-represented across our middle-management team, as a result we would like to encourage both men and people from minority ethnic backgrounds to apply for this post.
