The crucial Commissioning Manager comes with a salary of �90,000 - �100,000 + bonus + private healthcare + benefits.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:
* Oversee Documentation and Commissioning: Manage all project documentation and commissioning processes to align with client requirements.
* Maintain Schedule, Budget, and Safety Compliance: Monitor project timelines, expenditures, and safety standards, while addressing potential risks and variances.
* Lead Team and Training Efforts: Direct commissioning personnel and coordinate training sessions for the client.
* Serve as On-Site Customer Representative: Be the primary on-site liaison for the client, ensuring operations are conducted safely.
* Finalise QA/QC and Project Handover: Confirm that all quality assurance and quality control, as well as handover documents, are completed prior to project completion.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* A formal health and safety qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH
* SMSTS
* Valid SCC training certificate
Personal skills, prior experience and knowledge
The Commissioning Manager role would suit someone who has:
* Significant experience of large-scale industrial plant construction in a senior commissioning role
* Strong leadership skills
* Prior experience with turnkey projects in heavy process industries
