Quite simply, food is our passionWe are recruiting for a Head Chef to work with us. We have a lovely B&I site that offers a cooked breakfast, hot lunch, salads, hot deli sandwiches, homemade cakes and hospitality. We are looking for an experienced head chef who can provide innovative and creative lunch options from street food to comfort foods and who is comfortable with a buffet style hospitality offering to suit our client\'s needs.Hours of work: 7am - 3.30pm - Monday - FridayKey Responsibilities:Oversee and manage a kitchen team of 4 including 2 chefs and 2 kitchen portersTo prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customersTo ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectationsTo be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers What\'s in it for you?Working with CH&CO has its perks!
