Cleaning Manager Whitehall - London Working hours - 10:00am - 6:00pm flexibility required £34,994.00 per annum ESS Is seeking an experienced and dynamic Cleaning Manager to lead our cleaning team. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient and effective operation of one of our Government service sites based in London. As the Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, managing a diverse team, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and hygiene.We are looking for a Cleaning Manager that is DV Cleared or who will pass a DV clearance check Please see link below to review the guidance pack:https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/united-kingdom-security-vetting-clearance-levels/dv-guidance-pack-for-applicantsYour key responsibilities will include:Promoting a safety culture and ensure the cleaning team are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health & Safety proceduresTo manage the cleaning labour, equipment & resources budgetTo ensure the cleaning operation continually improvesTo ensure the Cleaning team are engaged and managed effectivelyTo ensure the delivery and quality of the cleaning operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company proceduresTo manage any third-party suppliers or contractors as required ensuring they meet or exceed the agreed service level agreementsTo manage pest control - regular treatments and emergency response Our ideal Cleaning Manager will:5+ years experience managing a cleaning operationNVQ level 3 cleaning supervision or equivalentStrong compliance focus ( COSHH, Health & Safety ) Proven ability to develop business through sound negotiation, change management, strategic decision making and ‘out of the box’ thinking.Proven ability to deliver quality customer service and ensure issues are effectively resolved in a timely mannerExcellent financial management skills, particularly the preparation and monitoring of detailed budgets and cash flow projections.Analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work to time sensitive deadlinesHave the passion to drive innovation and continue to improve servicesAbout UsAs part of Compass you\'ll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
