You'll be tasked with verifying and directing visitors.What you’ll do:Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security identificationand protocols for the site/areaMonitoring of CCTV, Access Control and other protective systems Act as a first line response to activations & incidents or fault reportingLog calls, relay messages and provide guidance and advice to visitors, clients, contractors and staffDeliver and maintain customer service at all times, ensuring client satisfactionMaintain a high standard of a well kept reception/entry area to ensure visitors journey starts with a positive impression.What you bring:Ability to interact with employees, contractors, consultants, visitors, and management as well as local police and fire authoritiesStandard SIA licenseExcellent communication and awareness skillsExperience in working in a similar roleKnowledge of security techniques and site and local emergency proceduresWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
