Our facilities management professionals are at the heart of everything that we do and we’re looking to recruit Facilities Technicians to join our team at Barnahely, Cork.You'll work atground level from grass cutting to waste reduction, managing basic maintenanceincludingjoinery and undertaking repairs. There will be company procedures to follow alongside our Health & Safety practices so it is vital that you will champion this.Main ResponsibilitiesDelivery of a consistent level of service, within the Company's standards, to the contract specification and agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.Compliance to company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.Dealing effectively and safely with all service requests and incidents within the range of competence, training and experience as required and by out of hours response where necessary.Ensure the standards across the site(s) are in accordance with the Service Level Agreements and KPI’s specified in the service contract.The Ideal CandidateEssentialProven track record in similar role, preferably with at least 2 years’ experienceProven ability to organize tasksAbility to carry out duties efficientlyExcellent interpersonal skills.Ability to operate as part of a team.Customer focus.Innovative.Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument/Utilities aptitude.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Attention to detail.Good problem-solving skills.Results and performance driven.Adaptable and flexible.DesirablePractical experience in a similar roleMeasured and Consistent Approach to all functions and responsibilities.Scientific or technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls, utilities engineering.Maintenance experience within a GMP regulated environment.Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Experience of Delta V, PLC and SCADA systemsExperience of SAP.
