In this role you will respond to questions from the Travel Sales team about our worldwide touring products and be the line of communication to our overseas agents for travel, accommodation or touring excursions questions. You could be joining a very established team, who are keen to welcome you onboard to a role where no day is the same!** Hybrid working, your allocated Hub will be either Crawley or Folkestone, depending on your location. Be ready to respond to any quality issues, liaising with suppliers and our Customer Service teamsWork closely with the Product Managers to develop new tours and research ideas that will excite our customersRepresent the company at trade shows, corporate functions, and occasional overseas tripsMotivate and support the other members of the Product teamThe Ideal CandidateThis is a unique and rare opportunity in a Travel Business.
