What You\'ll Do:Service Delivery: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality service in line with client expectations. Lead a motivated and compliant team, delivering tailored solutions and maintaining high client satisfaction.Financial Management: Manage contract performance, ensuring services are delivered within budget. Monitor financials, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare reports to keep performance on track.Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders, addressing concerns, and actively driving service improvements.Sales & Retention: Play an active role in the sales process, driving service retention and identifying growth opportunities. Upsell and expand service offerings to existing clients.People Management: Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team across all services. Ensure ongoing staff training, performance, and engagement.Health & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of health and safety compliance across sites, conducting regular audits and leading safety-first initiatives.What We’re Looking For: EssentialProven experience in managing catering operations in a contract catering business.Demonstrable success in multi-site and multi-client environments.Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and improve profitability.Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.In-depth understanding of health and safety standards within the soft services sector.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
