ordability but also understanding any unique circumstances the customer might have that could affect the lending decision.Completing the credit search is the final step in the process as it gives customers a better idea of how much they may be able to borrow and what to expect from Skipton.After a successful DIP, you will take ownership of the customer and support them through to the next stage of being booked in with a qualified mortgage adviser.Homes Advice provides a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters both personal growth and career development.
