Are you an experienced and dynamic Internal Sales Coordinator looking for your next position?We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator at our Colchester officeto beresponsible for the raising and pricing of quotes, order conversion and query/complaint resolution. You will pro-actively manage pipeline business, working towards agreed SLA ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Working closely with our orders and distribution functions, you will provide internal and external sales support to the regional team alongside the wider Tarmac group.Main ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities as the Internal Sales Coordinatorwill include (not exhaustive):Keeping updated with the product range and develop in-depth knowledge of the Tarmac Aggregate and AsphaltWorking with the team converting enquiries into orders, respond to sales calls and emailsDemonstrating an excellent telephone manner when dealing with customersPrioritising and multitasking daily dutiesUnderstanding and assessing customer needsRepresenting the company and its core valuesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with new and existing customersEngaging with the customer to better understand requirementsPlease note: Due to the location of the site, you would need to be able to travel to the work location without the use of public transportThe Ideal CandidateIt is preferred that the successful candidate for the role of Internal Sales Coordinator will have worked in a similar industry providing either internal or external sales support to your wider team and hold experience in the following:SAP, CRM and Microsoft IT systemsWorking collaboratively with the existing team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and to a high standardShowing a positive attitude, building rapport and positive relationships with customers and internal colleaguesBeing proactive to learn new skills and achieve your own personal goals, as well as business goalsIn the role ofInternal Sales Coordinator,you will also have:Good interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving skillsGood oral and written communicationNumeracy and analytical abilityTraining will be provided for:Products, Procedures and our Computer systemsThe role is based our at Tarmac Colchester Office.
