What is the job role?We currently have a new opportunity for a dynamic and flexible Associate Teacher to support our staff and students by delivering lessons and supervision.You’ll be an expert in deploying classroom management skills, enabling students to achieve their lesson objectives whilst offering appropriate support where needed and helping to assist the wider faculty when teaching staff are otherwise engaged.Why Ernesford Grange Community Academy?You’ll make a key difference in student’s progression with the ability to experience a leading role in the classroom, working as part of a wider team, with access to further developmental opportunities available.The role has Full Time/Part Time available and will be 39 weeks a year.Who are we looking for?Experience of working with students in an educational or service environmentAt least 5 GCSE's, Post 16+ higher qualificationsSolid communication skills and the ability to successfully manageAbility to prioritise and plan workload, delivering set lesson content effectively and efficiently and identifying opportunities for further support where appropriate.classroom behaviour and focusOur school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
