As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the cornerstone of our customer relations. Your main responsibilities will include answering incoming telephone calls, processing orders via phone and email, handling returns, and logging customer complaints with precision. You'll collaborate closely with Account Managers and the Quoting team, ensuring seamless operations and full informed delivery service. Above all, your goal will be to leave every customer with a positive impression, regardless of the outcome.
Hours of Work: Full Time, 07:30- 17:00
