* Schedule: Full-time (part-time considered)

* Rate of Pay: �25-�28 per hour (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist and play a key role in supporting individuals in the community to regain independence and improve their quality of life. In this role, you will:
* Conduct comprehensive functional assessments in patients' homes or community settings.
* Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans to promote independence in daily living activities.
* Provide specialist equipment and adaptations recommendations to enhance patient safety and mobility.
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, caregivers, and social services to coordinate holistic care.
* Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to service development.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and valid HCPC registration .
* Experience working in a community setting, supporting adults with a range of conditions .
* Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills .
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team .
* Access to a car and a full UK driving licence (essential for community visits).
* A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care .
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers flexible working options , requiring availability from Monday to Friday , with part-time applicants considered. The contract is ongoing , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
