I'm thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity with our client, a global law firm, for a Health & Safety professional to join their team. In this role, you will serve as a leader and trusted advisor, overseeing health and safety (H&S) management and fostering a strong H&S culture within the workplace.
As the Health and Safety Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing health and safety strategies, objectives, projects, and plans in line with best practices within the professional services sector, continuously driving improvements in H&S performance.
* Leading the management and ongoing development of the ISO 45001 Safety Management System, including overseeing the transition to the new London office building in 2026.
* Managing the H&S budget, including operational and capital expenditures.
* Overseeing all UK health and safety data systems and records, ensuring that all data is submitted and entered according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and system specifications.
The ideal candidate for the Health and Safety Manager role will have:
* NEBOSH Diploma in Health and Safety or an equivalent degree.
* Chartered MIOSH status or be working towards Chartership.
