You will work closely with our Clinical Change Lead across the service managing quality frameworks; quality challenge plus; quality boards; developing and reviewing pathways, including implementing supportive guidance and training; managing audits including writing reports and presenting findings; Implementing recommendations from lessons learnt; completing EQIAs and assessing clinical risk including identifying and monitoring mitigation actions. The postholder will work alongside the ICAN Team Leads in Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Nursing and the ICAN Clinical Lead to develop areas of service improvement, supporting and influencing others to understand and implement change by using recognised service improvement tools.
