Rate of Pay: �27-�38 per hour (via umbrella)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join a dynamic and supportive team in a well-established private hospital, where your expertise will directly impact patient care. In this ward-based role, you will:
* Provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services across medical and surgical wards.
* Collaborate closely with medical and nursing teams to optimise medication management.
* Ensure medicines are prescribed, dispensed, and administered safely.
* Offer expert guidance on drug interactions, side effects, and best practices.
* Conduct medication reviews and participate in ward rounds to enhance patient outcomes.
* Stay updated on current hospital pharmacy procedures and industry standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A valid GPhC registration.
* Previous experience in a hospital setting, ideally covering medical and surgical wards.
* Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
* A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time locum position requiring availability Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, with a 30-minute break each day. There is no weekend or on-call work. The contract is ongoing, with the potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
