Unit Manager Chilton Hospital, Great MissendenUp to £40000 DOE37.5hrs per weekMonday-Friday occasional weekends dependent on business needs.This role will see you fostering relationships with the Patients on the wards and the Patient Catering Staff, to improve patient experience.Overall Purpose of the Role You will be responsible for the management and provision of exceptional patient dining and staff feeding services, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, production and service, are consistently delivered for all patients and customers. Your role will involve managing the team, leading by example in ensuring our patient experience is always our top priority.
