As our Gas & Heating Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of skilled trade operatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality gas servicing and maintenance services to our tenants. Reporting directly to our Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operational success of our services. You'll oversee all gas and heating-related workstreams, including maintenance programmes, ensuring we meet service demands while adhering to the highest quality assurance standards. Your leadership will not only motivate your team but also have a significant impact on the commercial viability of our work.
Hours of Work: 40 Hours / Permanent
Salary: �43,310 to �45,589
Gas & Heating Supervisor Requirements:
* VRQ Level 4 Gas Safety Management in Social Housing qualification or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a supervisory role with successful management of trade staff or sub-contractors.
* Comprehensive knowledge of domestic property heating and maintenance procedures.
* Strong understanding of property surveying and industry legislation.
* Excellent communication, customer service, and team motivation skills.
