In this role you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional hospitality in our exclusive Chairman’s Suite. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every detail of the match day and non-match day operations runs smoothly, with a special focus on providing VIP guests with a personalised, world-class experience. You’ll have the chance to lead a talented team, build strong relationships with clients, and continually find ways to elevate the guest experience we offer.The role in a nutshell.Lead the delivery of exceptional, personalized service in the Chairman’s Suite, collaborating with the Premium Team, chefs, and clients to drive innovative hospitality.Ensure consistent quality in food, beverage, and service, while managing supplier relationships to keep everything running smoothly.As a leader, you’ll oversee recruitment and training to build a high-performing team, foster a positive culture, and ensure seamless communication across departments.Manage accurate billing, stock levels, and support the C&E team with profit and loss tracking for non-match day events, all while upholding the highest standards of service and representing the brand.What we are looking for.An experienced hospitality leader with a background in high-end environments, whether it’s private members clubs, fine dining, or luxury event settings.You have a passion for exceptional service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with high-profile clients.You’re confident, discreet, and thrive under pressure, always going the extra mile to elevate the guest experience.Your knowledge of food and beverage, especially wine, is enviable.You’re a natural leader who can motivate a team to deliver world-class service, every time.What you’ll get in return.
