Promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.Deployment – contribute towards recruitment plans and processes to source and deploy casual workers for differing event requirements.  Culture - Work closely with the management team to develop and sustain a high level of team energy and engagement, focused on great food and hospitality.Review and Develop – Supporting with line manager to conduct regular performance reviews and talent management with focus on variable managers.
