Main assignments To be the main Technical contact and hands on engineer for the site, including client liaisonFirst line responder to any site M&E work orders Carry out minor adaptations to the environment, i.e., putting up shelves, notice boards, soap dispensers, etc Minor touch up decoration and refurbishment Minor plumbing works (unblock sinks, toilets and drains, repair leaks, fit new tap washers, replace ballcocks)Building fabric repairs, i.e. tiling, ceiling tiles, flooring etcAdjust doors, tighten hinges, change or fit locks and door closures Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvements on siteCoordinating with external contractors and internal teams for repair and maintenance worksAssist other service lines (front of house/ security/ cleaning/ catering) where requiredBe proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolveAny other duties as required 2. 3.
