Deputy Hospitality ManagerAn exciting opportunity to join the hospitality team at a leading financial institution’s UK HQ in the City of London. The Deputy Hospitality Manager will play a key role in ensuring seamless operational delivery and continuous improvement of hospitality services.Key Responsibilities:Support the Hospitality Manager in planning and overseeing hospitality operations.Ensure the smooth delivery of meeting room services, formal dining, large-scale conferences, and banqueting events.Train, mentor, and develop the hospitality team, upholding the highest service standards through meticulous planning, coordination, and a customer-centric approach.Liaise with the culinary team, client representatives, organisers, reservations, reception, furniture, and AV teams to ensure a seamless hospitality experience.Lead daily briefings, ensuring clear communication and efficient task allocation within the hospitality team.Demonstrate a safety-first approach across all hospitality operations.Support optimal inventory management including ordering and stock checks.
