As an Admissions Coordinator, you will oversee the admissions process from application review to offer issuance, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students. You'll plan and conduct interviews, verify applicant documents for compliance, and prepare essential documents for visa applications and accommodation. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service, support students with their transition, and maintain accurate student records. With a focus on collaboration and innovation, you will also enhance student engagement and contribute to the college's overall growth.
Hours of Work: Full-time, 1 year contract (with the potential for longer-term employment based on performance and institutional needs).
Salary: ?36,000
Admissions Coordinator Requirements:
* Must be based in �le-de-France.
* Proven experience in document verification and compliance processes.
* Highly detail-oriented with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
* Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Availability to work on campus at least four days a week.
