Astute’s Renewable Energy team is partnering with a leading energy-saving provider with a commitment to sustainability and professional development, to recruit an LED Project Manager, specialising in LED technologies.
The strategically important Project Manager role comes with a salary between �50,000- �60,000.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:
* Ensure compliance with CIBSE, BS EN 12464, HTM, and other industry standards, coordinating procurement, logistics, and supplier management.
* Manage subcontractors to ensure high-quality installation and delivery of projects.
* Develop detailed project plans, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation are carefully managed.
* Maintain accurate records, including project documentation, risk registers, and progress reports.
* Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Provide regular project updates to clients and senior management.
* Ensure all projects meet health & safety regulations (RAMS, CDM) and building codes.
* Provide structured updates on project status, financials, and risks
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks to prevent delays or cost overruns.
* Conduct site visits, audits, and quality control checks to ensure standards are met.
* Complete all O&M handover documentation per client specifications.
* To be the main point of contact for clients in local authorities, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Previous project management experience, within construction, building services, renewables or LED lightening.
* PRINCE2, APM or equivalent project management certification
* Skilled in contract management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
* Confident in running multiple projects
* Excellent Health and Safety background, including RAMS and CDM regulations.
