Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 6-8b)
Location: NHS Hospital, Nottingham
Duration: 3-6 months locum contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Start Date: ASAP, April 2025
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: �25 - �43 per hour (via Umbrella), depending on experience & banding

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient outcomes across medical and surgical wards . In this role, you will: ? Provide expert clinical pharmacy support to hospital wards ? Conduct medication reviews and optimise treatment plans ? Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe prescribing ? Offer specialist advice on complex cases and medicine management ? Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with NHS guidelines
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need: ? GPhC registration as a Pharmacist ? Prior NHS hospital experience (essential) ? Experience in medical & surgical ward cover ? Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills ? Ability to work effectively within a hospital setting
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This locum role requires full-time availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
