Communities Assistant (student placement)Fixed contract from August 2025 for 12 months37 hours per weekNational minimum wage for ageWe are looking for an undergraduate student to get involved in a range of communities projects to assist in delivering our ‘We are Wychavon’ strategy. These focus around health, transport, youth, arts and engagement projects and activities. This is an exciting role in an innovative service area working with a wide range of partners and community organisations.This is a student placement opportunity which can be undertaken within an academic setting (university or collage placement or sandwich degree) or as a gap year or work experience opportunity to support your job applications and career development.About youThe successful candidate willbe seeking a placement as part of their sandwich degree course, undergraduate or post graduate career pathway.Have a minimum of two ‘A’ levels or equivalent.A confident communicator, passionate in supporting communitiesbe flexible to attend events at weekends and Bank Holidays.
