We are currently looking for an Academic and Support Services Officer to join our busy team in the vibrant setting of Manchester!
As the Academic and Support Services Officer, you will be a pivotal member of our college team, responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of our academic programmes. You will manage our student records system, ensuring it complies with all regulatory standards, while supporting student engagement and satisfaction. Your keen attention to detail and organisational skills will empower you to collaborate with academic staff and senior leadership, playing a key role in the administration of our College committees and boards, as well as supporting essential student activities such as enrolment and orientation.
Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 12 month FTC
Academic and Support Services Officer Requirements:
* University level qualifications
* Experience in administration and customer services
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Proven experience in data handling and record management
* Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders
