Role responsibilities & dutiesProactively manage the L&D team inbox to ensure that requests are dealt with quickly and effectively. Advising on all learning and development enquiries, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all feel valued and invested in.Proactively manage the L&D calendar and schedule sessions, as well as organising recurring external training (WSET, First Aid course etc.)Scheduling, organising, and providing administrative support for all L&D initiativesWork closely with the HR teams in assisting with recruitment of colleague for all areas, with a particular emphasis on inductions. Create and organise a bespoke 4-week Induction plan ensuring new starters have a great onboarding experienceAccess and understand the LMS as an administrative user to troubleshoot any system related issues, generate reports and support new users.Manage all administrative tasks in the LMS efficiently: e.g. ensuring that relevant pathways and content are allocated accuratelySupport with all administrative tasks relating to the L&D function from creating training manuals to answering emails.L&D Analysis & reporting – Data measurement and analysis using feedback surveys and internal reports and databasesSocial Media lead – supporting with the design, administration, and content creation for all our social media platforms.Reward & recognition – Support the Head of L&D in managing the reward & recognition schemesLiaise with the Levy Training team to ensure all Mandatory training is completedTo perform related duties and special projects as assigned.Business ExcellenceEnsure that all training is delivered in line with ‘The Wimbledon Way’ service standards (e.g., induction, online learning, skills training)Support the management team with other general office duties relating to the successful operation of the catering department in any reasonable way possible FinancialSupport your line manager in ensuring all training activities are within budget and all PO logs are up to dateGuest ExperienceIdentify and meet the needs of colleagues and our guests, focusing on initiating and welcoming contact and communication whilst striving to deliver first class guest service.
