Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: �27 - �30 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients across primary and secondary care. In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive medicines reconciliation on admission
Deliver medicines optimisation & clinical services during inpatient stays
Attend ward rounds/MDTs to support patient care
Provide pharmacy authorisation of discharge summaries
Work across multiple sites (travel required)
Develop innovative practices to enhance patient experience and care
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid GPhC registration
Experience in general medical specialties
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday . The contract is ongoing , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
