We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Technical Services Lead to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in building and engineering services management.What You’ll DoOversee the operational management of building and engineering services, ensuring all maintenance and contract work meets appropriate standards.Provide expert technical advice and professional support to staff, senior management, and external agencies.Manage the Permit to Work system and ensure compliance with all legislative and statutory requirements.Lead a team responsible for the safe operation of all plant and equipment on-site.Develop and implement energy policies and ensure efficient operation of critical systems.Ensure cost-effective delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive maintenance services.Maintain commercial and contract compliance, including performance monitoring and reporting.Deliver training, manage staff morale, and conduct performance evaluations.What You’ll BringExtensive experience in building services and plant engineering, preferably in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of water hygiene regulations and maintenance technical issues.BIFM Level 5 qualification or an Engineering Degree.Proven ability to manage maintenance teams and achieve SLAs.Strong problem-solving skills, including RCA and Fishbone analysis experience.Familiarity with Maximo, CMMS, or equivalent asset management systems.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Strong understanding of health & safety and environmental regulations.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
