Salary: circa �47k DOE
Factory based: Atherstone on Stour, Warwickshire, CV37
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with urgent/critical support out of hours , full site based role.

The IT Support professional will handle IT issues up to 3 rd Line. This role requires a thorough understanding of IT systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving various IT systems and ensuring that service levels are met.
IT Support requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
* Experience: 2-4 years of experience in IT support, with at least 1 year in a 2nd Line Support role.
* Certifications: Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals, or equivalent (preferred).
Skills and Competencies:
* Proficiency with network technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
* Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Windows and other enterprise systems.
* Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices. ITIL.
* Excellent Experience of working in line with IT industry best practice IT services and awareness of security management best practice.
* Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
