An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architectural Technologist with 3 years PQE to join a well-established architectural practice. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £32,000 - £40,000.
As an Architectural Technologist, you will contribute to the detailing and delivery phases of architectural projects, ensuring high technical standards and compliance with UK building regulations.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as an Architectural Technologist, Architect, Architectural Technician or in a similar role.
- At least 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in both traditional design & build project processes and stages 4 to 5 detailing and delivery phases.
- Expertise in RIBA Stages 4 and 5, focusing on detailed design and project delivery.
- Background in Contractor Design Portions (CDP) and collaboration with specialist subcontractors.
- CIAT or ARB registration.
- Knowledge of complex construction coordination.
- Understanding of UK building regulations, industry standards, and the Building Safety Act.
