Appropriate safeguarding and safer recruitment questions will form part of the selection process.The successful candidate will be placed on the St Aloysius’ College pay scales and will have the opportunity to join highly competitive defined contribution pension scheme.To comply with the regulations under The Education (Scotland) Act 2016, all teachers who commence employment at any Scottish Independent School on or after 1 October 2017 must be registered with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS), either Provisional, Provisional (Conditional) or Full.
