Job Details:
Job Title: Outpatient Pharmacist (Band 6)
Location: West London - NHS Hospital
Duration: 3-6 months (possibility of extension)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Start Date: April onwards
Rate of Pay: �23 - �26 per hour (PAYE Direct Engagement)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as an Outpatient Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of NHS patients. In this role, you will: ? Dispense and check prescriptions in an outpatient hospital setting ? Ensure safe and effective use of medicines in line with NHS guidelines ? Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care ? Offer expert pharmaceutical advice to patients and healthcare professionals ? Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital pharmacy standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need: ? A current and valid GPhC registration ? Prior outpatient or inpatient dispensary experience ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? The ability to work independently and as part of a team ? A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This flexible locum role requires availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM . The contract is for 3-6 months , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
