As our Admissions Officer, you will play a critical role in managing the student journey right from the admissions process through to visa applications and residency matters. You will utilise your excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students. Working closely with the Admissions Manager and the Director of Marketing & Admissions, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, from processing applications and conducting credibility interviews to supporting vital visa documentation processes. Your expertise will help us deliver a gold standard of service that converts applicants into students!
Hours of Work: Full time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive salary of ?32,000
Admissions Officer Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in marketing and admissions
* Strong knowledge of customer relationship management
* Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with an eye for detail
* Flexibility and a team player mentality
