What You'll Be Doing: Join our team as a Band 8a MSK APP and play a key role in improving the lives of individuals with musculoskeletal conditions. In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal patient assessments
Create and implement personalised care plans
Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid HCPC registration
Experience working in MSK and CATs (Clinical Assessment and Treatment)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability for 2.5 days a week . The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
