Landmarc Support Services is currently looking for a Rural Operative to join our dedicated team. In this hands-on role, you will take on key responsibilities, to ensure the Rural Estate remains in top condition for its intended use.We are looking for someone enthusiastic about working outdoors with a good understanding of rural environments. Please note some emails may arrive in your junk mail folderMain ResponsibilitiesGeneral Rural Maintenance and conservation tasksManaging Invasive Species vegetationPest ControlOperation and maintenance of plant and equipment - chainsaw/strimmers/mowersFencing repairs and maintenanceForestry works including; felling, tree planting, coppicingGrounds Maintenance Minor artisan repairs on Estate Assets including Buildings, Ranges and Obstacle courses.Carry out preventative, planned and reactive maintenance tasksDriving and operating fleet vehiclesEnsure that the Rural Estate adhere to strict safety protocolsComplete all necessary documentation using both IT and paper-based systemsSecondary Duties: During periods of limited rural duties due to seasonal changes, you will be expected to support the extended Operative team as needed, assisting with domestic tasks, as well as participating in planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
