You can bring your whole self to work every day and we can’t wait for you to join the team!What you'll do:Manage and coordinate the induction process for new staff, ensuring all necessary documentation, including DBS submissions and right to work checks, are completed promptly.Serve as the superuser for the Kronos time management system, supporting the Security and Domestic teams with scheduling and timekeeping.Review and sign off on time exception reports weekly, addressing any discrepancies in a timely manner.Assist in maintaining compliance for all soft services, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards, and regularly reviewing compliance documentation.Compile, analyse, and provide Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement in soft services.Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, enhance communication, and drive efficiency within Facilities Management.Provide administrative support to the Soft Services Manager, assisting with additional tasks and projects as needed.Attend management meetings to take notes, create action plans, and ensure follow-up on key activities.For a full list of responsibilities please view the attached job descriptionWhat you bring:The ability to communicate effectively with all levelsAccurate and organized with an attention to detailTakes responsibility to deliver quality with a can-do attitude.Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio, and keen to develop through eLearning and other training as deemed necessary.Ability to prioritise and carry out instructions.What we offer:£30,000pa + excellent benefits packageWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
