As part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, we work with a wide range of suppliers, from top global brands to regional providers.What You’ll Be DoingManaging Purchasing Income – Calculating, invoicing, and reconciling purchasing income from suppliers based on contractual agreements.Financial Analysis & Reporting – Ensuring accurate income recognition, carrying out supplier reconciliations, and supporting month-end financial processes.Stakeholder Collaboration – Building relationships with suppliers, category teams, and finance business partners to ensure smooth financial operations.Process Improvement – Continuously reviewing and enhancing financial processes to drive efficiency.Compliance & Accuracy – Ensuring financial policies are adhered to and that all financial data is accurate and up to date.What We’re Looking ForAnalytical or financial experience with strong attention to detail.Working towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA or keen to start a professional qualification.Excellent numeric and analytical skills, particularly in Excel.Ability to work in a fast-paced, commercial environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to challenge the status quo and apply professional skepticism.Desirable SkillsExperience using SAP, Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, or Cognos.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing finance team in a dynamic and growing organisation.
