** Technical Sales Administrator **
3-month contract / Outside IR35
Location: Sheffield / Chesterfield / Rotherham / Worksop / Alfreton / Mansfield
PAYE Rate: �14.00 - �15.00p/h DOE
Engineering / administration / Microsoft Office / excel / CRM management
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a key client, who are a global leading machinery manufacturer. They operate in the design, manufacture and installation of special purpose machinery into recycling & steel industries, all from their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in South Yorkshire.
Due to an increase in business and projects, they are looking for Sales Administrator to join their team on an interim basis. Initially this contract/project is for 3 months and is likely to be extended further.
As Technical Sales Administrator, you will conduct the following daily duties:
* Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will assist the aftersales team, processing orders
* Responsible for ensuring the CRM is up to date
* Chasing engineering, procurement & logistics for any information required
* Liaise with Engineering for quotes & BOMs
* Ensure all excel required spreadsheets for costs and quotations are up to date
* Keen eye for details - ensuring all the information is correct
The Technical Sales Administrator will need to have the following attributes:
* Recnent engineering graduate or experienced in an engineering administration capacity
* Excellent experience on Excel, and CRM systems - workflow management
* Organised, and ability to prioritise workload
* Excellent communications skills with both colleagues and clients
* A team player, professional and keen eye for detail
* Pro-active, and ensure all the documentation and paperwork is accurate
